Ted Sarandos is co-CEO of Netflix. Ted has been responsible for all content operations since 2000, and led the company's transition into original content production that began in 2013 with the launch of the series House of Cards, Arrested Development and Orange Is the New Black, among numerous others. Ted leads the teams responsible for the acquisition and creation of all Netflix shows and films from around the world such as Stranger Things, Squid Game (Korea), La Casa de Papel (Spain), Sacred Games (India), The Witcher (Poland), The Crown, The Irishman, Bird Box, Red Notice, and the 3-time Academy Award winning film ROMA (Mexico). Ted is recognized in the industry as an innovator in film and television acquisition, distribution, and production, and was named one of Time Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People of 2013 and received the Producers Guild of America Milestone Award in 2019. He is a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute and is Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, is a trustee of the American Film Institute, and on the board of Exploring the Arts and Spotify.

Greg Peters is co-CEO of Netflix. Previously Greg served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Product Officer. Earlier, Greg was International Development Officer for Netflix, responsible for the global partnerships with consumer electronics companies, Internet service providers and multi-channel video programming distributors that enable Netflix to deliver movies and TV shows across a full range of devices and platforms. Prior to joining Netflix in 2008, Greg was Senior Vice President of consumer electronics products for Macrovision Solutions Corp. (later renamed to Rovi Corporation) and previously held positions at digital entertainment software provider, Mediabolic Inc., Red Hat Network, the provider of Linux and Open Source technology, and online vendor Wine.com. Greg holds a B.S. degree in physics and astronomy from Yale University. Greg sits on the boards of 2U Inc., a global leader in education technology, and DoorDash, a technology company that connects consumers with their favorite local businesses.

CFO

Spencer Neumann was named CFO of Netflix in January of 2019. Previously, he served as Activision Blizzard’s CFO from May 2017. Prior to that, Mr. Neumann held a number of positions of increasing responsibility at The Walt Disney Company, most recently serving as the CFO and executive vice president of Global Guest Experience of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, from 2012 until May 2017. From 2005 to 2012, Mr. Neumann worked at the private equity firms of Providence Equity Partners and Summit Partners. Prior to that, Mr. Neumann held several other roles with Disney, which he initially joined in 1992, including executive vice president of the ABC Television Network from 2001 to 2004 and CFO of the Walt Disney Internet Group from 1999 to 2001. He is also a member of the national board of directors of Make-A-Wish America. Mr. Neumann holds a B.A. degree in economics from Harvard University and an M.B.A. degree from Harvard University.

Clete Willems joined Netflix as Chief Global Affairs Officer in April 2025. He was previously a partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld. During the first Trump administration, Clete was Deputy Assistant to the President for International Economics and Deputy Director of the National Economic Council. Elizabeth Stone leads Netflix’s Data & Insights org. Data & Insights is a centralized and globally distributed team that includes: data engineering, metrics development, analytic insights and tooling, research and development of machine learning algorithms, optimization and automation, experimentation and causal inference, and consumer research. The Data & Insights team applies this functional expertise to improve and evolve all parts of Netflix's business including the member-facing product, streaming delivery, content, studio production, games, ads, business operations, and growth. Elizabeth previously worked in finance, both as a trader and as an economic consultant, before transitioning to the tech industry, where she led teams at Nuna and Lyft. Sergio Ezama was named Netflix Chief Talent Officer in September 2021. He was previously Global Chief Talent Officer at PepsiCo in addition to serving as Chief Human Resources Officer for global functions and groups. In this role, he led the company’s efforts across all talent-related areas in more than 200 countries. Sergio joined PepsiCo in 2001, serving in a variety of talent leadership roles at PepsiCo headquarters in the U.S., and across Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America. Sergio holds a BS in Law and master’s in Juridical Practice, and Human Resources Management from University of Deusto. He also holds a master’s in Health and Safety Management from Instituto Europeo de Salud y Bienestar Social. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s General Management Program.

Bajaria has been honored by THR’s Women in Entertainment list, Variety’s LA Women’s Impact Report, named one of TIME’s 100 Most Influential People of 2022, and named one of Fortune’s Most Powerful Women in 2020, 2021 and 2022. She currently serves on the LA Board of Governors for the Paley Center, the Board of LA’s Saban Community Clinic and the Board of Trustees for Meridian International Center.

Marian Lee was named Chief Marketing Officer in March 2022 after joining Netflix the year prior in the role of Vice President of UCAN Marketing. Previously, she enjoyed an eight-year tenure at Spotify Technology S.A., where she served as Vice President & Co-Head of Music; Vice President, Global Head of Artist & Label; and held various other positions leading the Global Consumer Marketing & Creator Marketing teams. Marian has also worked at some of the world’s leading brands in fashion and entertainment, including Condé Nast and J.Crew. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a management consultant in the Retail & Consumer Products division. Pablo Perez De Rosso leads the Company's Strategy, Planning & Analysis group across Content, Studio, Marketing, Communications, Product, Partnerships and Gaming. Global Head of Partnerships

As Global Head of Partnerships, Maria Ferreras oversees all partnerships for Netflix. She previously served as Vice President, Business Development for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to joining Netflix in 2017, she worked at Google for 10 years as Director of Partnerships for YouTube for Southern Europe and Emerging Markets.
