Jane Fraser is the Chief Executive Officer of Citi, the world's most global bank, which serves millions of consumers, businesses and institutions across 160 countries and jurisdictions. She is the first female CEO in the firm’s history. Since becoming CEO in March 2021, Jane has launched a multi-year strategy to increase Citi’s profitability and better position the firm for the speed and complexities of the digital age. This effort includes the transformation of Citi’s risk and control environment by modernizing infrastructure, striving for operational excellence and investing in Citi’s culture. Jane is committed to making Citi the preeminent banking partner for institutions with cross-border needs, a global leader in wealth management and a valued personal bank in its home market of the U.S. During her 18-year career at Citi, Jane has held leadership roles across Citi’s consumer and institutional businesses. Before becoming CEO, she was President of Citi and CEO of the Global Consumer Bank, responsible for all of Citi’s consumer businesses in 19 markets. Sunil Garg is CEO of Citibank, N.A., which is Citi’s primary banking entity with branches and subsidiaries in 95 countries and territories. Citibank, N.A. accounts for 75 percent of Citigroup’s total assets. Sunil joined Citi in May 1988 as a Management Associate in India and has worked in India, Singapore, Malaysia and the United States during his tenure. As Chief Operating Officer, Anand Selvakesari is responsible for leading Citi’s enterprise-wide Transformation program. He became the Head of Consumer Banking in India in 2011, where he transformed and restructured the business and re-defined consumer banking. Sara Wechter is Citi's Head of Human Resources, responsible for recruiting, diversity, global learning, talent development, benefits, compensation and employee relations. Since assuming this role in July 2018, she has championed pay-equity efforts across Citi, most notably making Citi one of the first companies to disclose its raw pay gap data for women and minorities in 2019 and annually since then. Under Sara’s leadership, Citi has been at the helm of many industry-leading employee programs, including launching a global paid parental leave standard in every country in which Citi operates and providing multiple mental health resources to employees. In addition, Sara leads Citi’s North America Crisis Management Oversight Team, which is managing Citi’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Brent McIntosh joined Citi as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in October 2021. A member of Citi's Executive Management Team, Brent oversees Citi's global legal team, including business-unit general counsels, regional general counsels and corporate deputy general counsels. Brent served as Under Secretary of the Treasury for International Affairs from 2019 to 2021. He led the Treasury Department’s engagement in the G7 and G20, represented the United States on the Financial Stability Board, and managed U.S. participation at the IMF and World Bank. He oversaw Treasury’s international economic and financial policy work, including significant engagements on investment security and regulation of digital currencies. During 2020, he coordinated initiatives to alleviate the COVID-19 pandemic’s economic consequences. From 2017 to 2019, Brent served as Treasury’s General Counsel, leading the department’s approximately 2,000 lawyers and spearheading its regulatory reform efforts. Prior to that, he was a partner in the law firm of Sullivan & Cromwell, where his practice focused on complex disputes involving financial institutions and multinational corporations. Brent served in the White House from 2006 until 2009, first as Associate Counsel to the President and then as Deputy Assistant to the President and Deputy Staff Secretary. Before that, he was a Deputy Assistant Attorney General at the Justice Department, where his work focused on national security matters. A Michigan native, Brent holds an A.B. in economics and political science from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from Yale Law School. Following law school, he was a law clerk to two federal appellate judges, Dennis Jacobs of the Second Circuit and Laurence H. Silberman of the D.C. Circuit. Global Chief Economist

Nathan Sheets is the current Global Chief Economist at Citigroup. Prior to this, they served as the Global Head of International Economics from January 2011 to December 2014. In this role, Nathan was responsible for interpreting global economic and financial developments for Citigroup’s major clients throughout the world. Nathan has also published regular research reports on thematic issues, such as U.S. household saving and deleveraging, the high correlation in long-term interest rates across countries, lessons from Japan, and the implications of shifting global demographics. From January 2007 to December 2011, Nathan served as the Director and FOMC Economist at the Federal Reserve Board’s Division of International Finance. Zdenek Turek was named Citi’s Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in February 2021. He leads the global Risk Management organization, which oversees Citi’s risk governance framework and risk appetite, and ensures all risks generated by the firm’s businesses are measured, reviewed and monitored on an ongoing basis. Prior to being named Interim Chief Risk Officer for Citi in December 2020, Zdenek served as EMEA Chief Risk Officer and was a member of the EMEA Operating Committee, reporting to the previous CRO. Before that role, Zdenek was CEO of Citibank Europe Plc, which includes 22 countries across the region, as well as Europe Cluster Head, which encompasses 25 countries. Prior to that, he served as Western Europe Cluster Head and, subsequently, EMEA Corporate Banking Head. Zdenek joined Citi in 1991 and held a number of banking and corporate finance management roles before serving as Citi Country Officer for Romania. In 2005, Zdenek was appointed Citi Country Officer for South Africa and Division Head for Africa. In 2008, he was named Citi Country Officer for Russia and served as CEO of Central and Eastern Europe, which included eight countries across the region. Before joining Citi, Zdenek worked for the Central Bank of Czechoslovakia and A.I.C. He graduated with an M.A. in finance and banking from University of Economics, Prague. His studies included the Advanced Management Development Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and he received his degree from the Executive M.B.A. program at INSEAD in 2010.

Previously, Edward served as Press Secretary and Communications Director during Mayor Bloomberg's first term. Shahmir joined Citibank in 1991 in Pakistan as a Management Associate in the Institutional Bank – he left the bank in 1993 to pursue his post graduate education in 1993 and rejoined Citi Pakistan (Banking) in 1995. During his career at Citi, he has held leadership roles within Banking, Country Management (CCO), Markets & Securities Services, and Treasury services. Gonzalo Luchetti is currently the CEO of the US Consumer Bank at Citigroup. Gonzalo has over fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry, including strategy, business development, and process improvement. Gonzalo began their career at IBM in 1996 as a Software Sales Representative. Gonzalo quickly rose through the ranks and was recognized with the Regional Marketing Excellence Award. In 2000, they left IBM to join Bain & Company as a management consultant. At Bain, Gonzalo worked with clients across a variety of industries on growth strategy, operational improvement, and investment appraisal. Gonzalo also gained international experience, living and working in San Francisco, London, Stockholm, and Madrid. In 2003, Gonzalo joined JPMorgan Chase as VP of Strategy & Business Development for the Chase Retail Bank. In this role, they were responsible for market expansion, sales productivity, and post-merger integration. Gonzalo spent three years at JPMorgan before moving to Citigroup in 2006. At Citigroup, Gonzalo has held a variety of roles including head of product management for Citi Cards and head of customer experience for Citi's North American Consumer Banking business. In their current role as Consumer Banking Head for U.S., Gonzalo is responsible for all aspects of the consumer banking business including product management, marketing, digital channels, customer service, and operations. Under their leadership, the Consumer Banking business has grown significantly and achieved industry-leading customer satisfaction scores. Gonzalo Luchetti has an MBA in Strategy Management and Finance from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a BS in Computer Sciences from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, and is certified by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in Series 24 Registered Principal, Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent State Law Registration, Series 65 Investment Advisor, and Series 7 Registered Representative.
