Previously, Mr. McInerney served as chief operating officer for home lending and as chief risk officer for Chase’s consumer businesses. He also served as Chase’s head of product and marketing for consumer banking. Previously, Mr. McInerney was a principal at McKinsey & Company in the firm’s retail banking and payments practices. Mr. Cooper has also previously served as Chief Marketing and Creative Officer at BuzzFeed and spent over 12 years at PepsiCo, where he was the Chief Marketing Officer of Global Consumer Engagement. He began his career as an entertainment lawyer and served as a senior executive at two of the world’s most iconic music labels: Motown and Def Jam. Mr. Cooper has been acknowledged by Fast Company as one of the "100 Most Creative People in Business," was a four-time recipient of Billboard's "Power 100" and a recipient of AdColor's "Legend" award. He is also the former Chairman of the American Advertising Federation and has also served on the for-profit Boards of Burlington Stores and Ogmento/Flyby Media. Most notably, as chief risk officer, Mr. Fabara promoted strong capabilities and disciplined, integrated risk controls. He improved corporate control and compliance in order to identify, monitor and manage risks and led the company’s broad-based activities to meet the requirements of regulatory orders. Previously, Mr. Fabara served as global chief operating officer for Barclays’ credit card business, based in London, where he was responsible for card operations across 71 countries. Earlier, he was the chief operating officer of Alliance Data Systems, servicing more than 400 private label credit card programs ranging from retail to travel and entertainment. Previously, Ms. Mahon Tullier was vice president and general counsel for Frito-Lay, Inc. Earlier in her career, she was an associate at BakerBotts LLP and also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Sidney A. Fitzwater, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas. Ms. Mahon Tullier serves on the Cornell Law School Advisory Council, the Corporate Advisory Committee of the National Legal Aid & Defender Association, and on the board of directors of the National Women’s Law Center (NWLC). She has also previously served as a director on the boards of the Tahirih Justice Center and International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR).
