Ramon Laguarta is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo. PepsiCo products are enjoyed by consumers more than one billion times a day in more than 200 countries and territories around the world, and in 2018 the company generated more than $64 billion in net revenue, driven by a complementary food and beverage portfolio that includes Frito-Lay, Gatorade, Pepsi-Cola, Quaker and Tropicana. Ramon, a 23-year PepsiCo veteran, has served as CEO since October 3, 2018, and Chairman of the Board since February 1, 2019. In this capacity he oversaw PepsiCo's Global Category Groups; its Global Operations, Corporate Strategy, and Public Policy & Government Affairs functions; and the PepsiCo Foundation. Between 2015 and 2017, Ramon served as Chief Executive Officer, Europe Sub-Saharan Africa (“ESSA”), one of PepsiCo’s most complex businesses, with responsibility for leading the company’s beverage, food and snacks business in Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa. In that role, he successfully transformed ESSA’s beverage portfolio, developed the company’s juice business, and advanced the company’s sustainability mission. Prior to serving as CEO of ESSA, Ramon held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility in Europe, including leading the acquisition and successful integration of the company’s dairy business in Russia. Before joining PepsiCo in 1996, he worked for Chupa Chups, S.A., a Spanish leading confectionery company, where he held a number of international roles in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the United States. Ramon is a native of Barcelona and holds an MBA from ESADE Business School in Spain and a Master’s in International Management (M&M) from Thunderbird School of Global Management. He and his wife, Maria, are the proud parents of three sons.

Silviu Popovici
CEO, Europe, Middle East & Africa
Silviu Popovici is the Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo Europe. PepsiCo products are enjoyed by consumers more than one billion times a day in more than 200 countries and territories around the world, and generated more than $64 billion in net revenue in 2018, driven by a complementary food and beverage portfolio that includes Frito-Lay, Gatorade, Pepsi-Cola, Quaker and Tropicana. PepsiCo's product portfolio includes 22 brands that generate more than $1 billion each in estimated annual retail sales. Popovici became Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo Europe in August 2019. Prior to this assignment, he served as President, Europe Sub-Saharan Africa from September 2017 to March 2019 when he was named Chief Executive Officer, Europe Sub-Saharan Africa. He previously headed PepsiCo’s business in Russia, Ukraine and CIS (The Commonwealth of Independent States) for two years and prior to that, spent three years as president, PepsiCo Russia. He previously held senior leadership roles at Wimm-Bill-Dann, running both their beverage and dairy businesses. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Popovici held several general management positions with the Coca-Cola system in Eastern Europe. Popovici has extensive experience in a number of areas, including sales, marketing, operations and general management, with global companies: Bristol-Myers Squibb and Coca-Cola HBC in Romania, Russia, and Ukraine. Silviu holds a Bachelor in Physics and an MBA from the London Business School. He also completed the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School.

Kyle Faulconer
CEO, Australia & New Zealand
Kyle Faulconer is the current CEO for Australia & New Zealand at PepsiCo. Prior to this, they worked their way up through the ranks at PepsiCo, starting as a sales district leader in 2007 and eventually becoming senior sales director in 2017. Kyle is a proven leader with a track record of success in sales and strategy. Ram Krishnan is the CEO of International Beverages and Global Chief Commercial Officer of PepsiCo. Ram oversees PepsiCo’s Global Commercial teams as well as Global R&D, Insights, Design and E-Commerce, and works with the PepsiCo Executive Committee to codify and implement the company’s advanced Commercial Digital capability roadmap. Since joining PepsiCo in 2006, Ram has held a number of senior leadership roles across brand and shopper marketing. As Senior Vice President and General Manager of PepsiCo’s global Walmart Customer Team, he elevated the company’s partnership with Walmart to new heights, offering innovative solutions for the retailer and its consumers that have bolstered PepsiCo’s position as Walmart’s #1 supplier by retail sales. Ram has also served as Frito-Lay North America’s (FLNA) senior vice president and Chief Marketing Officer. Mariela Suarez

Roberto Martínez
International Chief Commercial Officer and CEO of New Revenue Streams
Roberto P. Martínez is the President of PepsiCo Mexico Foods (PMF) which includes the operation of Sabritas, Quaker, Gamesa, and Sonric’s and is one of the biggest food companies in Latin America with over $4 billion dollars in sales. PMF supports 42,000 direct jobs and has 17 production plants and over 18,000 sales routes that reach over 900,000 customers nationwide. He previously served as Chief Commercial Officer and SVP for Nutrition, Cookies & Crackers LATAM. As such, he oversaw the commercial agenda, built new capabilities and was responsible for the Strategy for the Nutrition and C&C categories. Roberto´s experience also encompasses his leadership roles as the President for PepsiCo Foods CASA (Central and South America), a role he held since August 2015 and where he managed a business of $2 billion in sales, with more than 17,000 employees, spanning more than 41 countries and territories. Before this role, he was the Sr. VP of Sales for Pepsico Mexico Foods, a position where he oversaw a $4 billion business, 17,000 routes and more than 800,000 customers. While in Mexico, Roberto has also held management positions in the Commercial and Marketing areas and was also the General Manager at PepsiCo’s Biscuits business in that country. Rachel Ferdinando is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles at prominent companies. Steven Williams is currently the Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo Foods North America leading the $18 billion snack and convenient foods business that includes Frito-Lay North America (FLNA) and Quaker Foods North America (QFNA). Steven, a 20-year PepsiCo veteran, has served as CEO since March 29, 2019. Prior to this role, Steven served as senior vice president and chief commercial officer for Frito-Lay’s U.S. organization, overseeing all selling and commercial activities for U.S. field sales, customer teams and headquarter commercialization, in addition to leading a large multi-functional sales organization, spanning all Frito-Lay retail customers, channels and go-to-market systems. Steven also previously served as senior vice president and general manager for Frito-Lay’s East division where he was responsible for the overall business and performance management for the six geographic regions in the Eastern U.S. Earlier in his tenure at PepsiCo, Steven led the company’s global Walmart business, managing the PepsiCo portfolio of products across all aspects of the Walmart Business worldwide, including Walmart U.S., Sam’s Club, and Walmart International Divisions. Paula Santilli is the Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo Latin America, leading the company’s food and beverage businesses for Mexico, South America, Central America, and the Caribbean. PepsiCo products are enjoyed by consumers more than one billion times a day in more than 200 countries and territories around the world, and generated more than $64 billion in net revenue in 2018, driven by a complementary food and beverage portfolio that includes Frito-Lay, Gatorade, Pepsi-Cola, Quaker and Tropicana. PepsiCo's product portfolio includes 22 brands that generate more than $1 billion each in estimated annual retail sales. Paula became the Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo Latin America in May 2019, with full P&L responsibility over $7 billion in annual net revenue. LatAm supports over 70,000 direct jobs in 34 emerging and developing markets and has over 40 production plants and over 24,000 sales routes. She is a member of PepsiCo’s Executive Committee. Previously, she served as the President of PepsiCo Mexico Foods (PMF), which includes the operation of Sabritas, Quaker, Gamesa, and Sonric’s and is one of the largest food companies in Latin America with over $3 billion dollars in sales. David Flavell

He has lived in the UK, The Netherlands, and Thailand and is currently based in Purchase, NY. René has held various board memberships including those of European and Dutch industry associations related to the home and personal care industry as well as the European Chemical Industry. He has also served as a member of the GMA’s Scientific and Regulatory Affairs Executive Committee. René currently holds a board seat at New York Hall of Science and serves as a commissioner for the National Commission on the Innovation and Competitiveness Frontiers, an initiative of the U.S. Council on Competitiveness.
