Ryan also serves as the Hartford office managing director and a board member for the Business and Higher Education Forum, a non-profit focused on skilling diverse workforces in partnership between the business and education community. Ryan works with the NYC CEO Jobs Council to design and implement strategies for creating new pathways for underserved talent.
